The style

The kind of content that sells a stay.

Atmosphere first, amenities second — the pacing, light, and texture every residency is built around.

The offer

The Content Residency.

Two nights on property, 10–20 cinematic reels including photos, and a 45 day posting calendar. Booking August now.

01

Two nights on property

I stay the way your guests do and shoot the property as they experience it — first light to the last string light. No staging crew, no photo day, no disruption to service.

02

10–20 cinematic reels

Shot in 4K, edited platform-native in 9:16, graded and mixed for Instagram — with a set of edited photos alongside. First social cuts land within 48 hours of checkout; the full set arrives posting-ready.

03

A 45 day posting calendar

Every reel slotted into a 45 day schedule built around direct bookings — what to post, when, and why. Your feed is handled from the day the files arrive.

Residencies are booked one property at a time. August dates are open now.

Why direct bookings

Every direct booking is margin you keep.

Booking.com and Expedia skim 15–25% off every guest they send you. Content that wins those guests directly keeps that money where it belongs — with you.

Travelers choose where to stay on Instagram long before they reach a booking page. The property that shows best wins. And because I'm an engineer as well as a filmmaker, every residency comes with reporting that ties the content to bookings — you see it working rather than take my word for it.

About

Hi, I'm Tobi.

I'm a filmmaker and software engineer. I started Bayrise because I kept seeing beautiful boutique hotels — the ones with real character — represented by phone photos and stock footage. The places with the most to show often have the least time to show it.

So Bayrise handles all of it: the shoot, the edit, the posting calendar, and the reporting that proves it's working. Most content people hand you a video and disappear. You get the content and the data that shows it's driving bookings.
